Enrichment on a School Dive Trip
Why school dive trips are unique
The purpose of the week is to certify the pupils with an internationally recognised PADI qualification.
Therefore, alongside the present day diplomas and vocational based qualifications that many in the QCA encourage schools to deliver most recently, school inspectors recognise the value of enrichment and learning out of the classroom that a 321dive trip provides.
Supervision and Quality of Learning
All courses are professionally supervised throughout by dive instructors whom, in partnership with 321dive, have become the most experienced instructors in the region.
These instructors are hand picked and highly experienced with school groups. The Dive Clubs themselves are all 5 star PADI resorts and all deliver dive trips to schools and pupils from Year 7 through to Year 13.
The pupils will be directly and fully supervised by one of these dedicated instructors from 8am to 4pm daily, with the exception of the lunch hour.
Instructors will stick to their small group for the duration of the course and this intentionally forges the trust and individualised teaching a pupil may need.
Should any pupil fall behind with their training we provide a remedial instructor to fast track the candidate to the same level of their peers before returning them to their group.
Success at the individual pupil's pace is one of 321dive's objectives.
