PADI Open Water Qualification


The PADI Open Water qualification is for absolute beginners and is the world's most popular course.

The course consists of three main phases:

Value for money for your school dive trip
  • Knowledge development to understand basic principles of scuba diving
  • Confined water dives to learn basic scuba skills
  • Open water dives to review your skills
  • Recreational dives (2xdives a day) will follow the PADI course as standard in your school dive trip
  • Nobody forgets the first time they explore underwater.


    Duration

    The full PADI Open Water Course has a duration of between 4 or 5 days depending upon the group's rate of progress.

    Value for money for your school dive trip

    The qualification allows you to dive with another Open Water diver (or higher qualified) to a maximum depth of 18 metres without the direct supervision of a PADI professional.

    No prior knowledge is assumed and the professional instructors will guide you through each stage of the course. All of the 321dive venues deliver instruction in the sea from the outset, and are reknown for their knowledge and quality.
